Personal bio

My bachelor degree majored in Psychology. This provided the groundwork and baseline to where and who I am today. Subsequently, I chose to do an integrative degree which allowed me to learn, understand and be transformed by various methodologies such as psychoanalysis, gestalt, systemic, CBT and creative tools. At the moment I am half way through become a Somatic Experiencing Practitioner which is a holistic, body based way of understanding how our bodies get "stuck" with trauma - locked, blocked or trapped within a disregulated nervous system. I approach my therapeutic relationships with great curiosity and work collaboratively with my clients observing, grounding, noticing, slowing down and figuring out how to unblock and allow movement again within one's entire body, mind, soul and spirit.
